If you are being treated for hypothyroid yet you are still having problems, that is because your adrenal is not working in concert with your thyroid.

The Adrenal gland is a tiny gland sitting on top of your kidneys.  It has multiple functions.  It is part of the endocrine system.  The endocrine system works as a team.  If the adrenal gland is not healthy, the entire endocrine system will be out of balance.

The adrenals are a major component of the body’s defense against stress, and this includes any type of injuries or infection.

Hydrocortisone is the most important of the hormones produced by the adrenal cortex.  Cortisol is converted to hydrocortisone after absorption hence it’s effects are qualitatively the same.

Is Hydrocortisone a steroid?…….Yes!  Then I won’t take it.
