Simple secrets how to BALANCE your hormones and your life from PUBERTY TO “50”.
Here’s how one mother described her 16 year old daughter – “and when she was good she was very, very good and when she was bad, she was hon-id”.
In a significant number of these patients we are able to bring them back and tum them around. “Thanks and many million thanks for bringing back my daughter’s angelic nature. What a relief to have a stress free life once and for all”.
Hormone imbalances can happen to both men and women at any point in their life.
Since applying and following what I learned from Dr. John Lee, I seldom prescribe psychiatric drugs for over 15 years.

For more information about these subjects, I recommend that you read the following books by John R. Lee, M.D.:

PREMENOPAUSE PATIENTS SPEAK OUT:

I’m only in my mid-thirties and I absolutely do not want to hear the word “menopause” applied to me or even the word “pre” menopause. I’m not there yet, I’m still young. My kids aren’t even out of grade school for heaven’s sake. And yet I know something in my body isn’t quite right. I haven’t changed my eating or exercise habits, but I am gaining weight. My breasts are sore and lumpy, especially premenstrually, and I started to have irregular periods. I lost my sex drive, I don’t even like to look at my husband, my skin is dry, it isn’t as smooth as it used to be. I used to think of myself as very even tempered, but lately I’m irritable, I snap. I can’t seem to get out of bed in the morning. I remember this all began after my first baby.

Dr. Kadile, you reassured me this is not all in my head. You are the first doctor to tell me this reassuring thought. You are the first one ever in my years of doctoring to mention about hormones. I followed your recommended tests: thyroid blood test, adrenal test using saliva and sex hormone panel test using saliva also. When the results came back, you took time explaining them to me, you outline and connect the dots. Now I realize why I needed to have these 3 glands evaluated.
I followed your natural hormone replacement therapy based on the results of these various tests. After 3 months, I woke up feeling balanced, like waking up from a bad dream.

Here’s what my husband said, “if you want to stop going bowling with me or fishing that’s ok. … but don’t you dare stop seeing Dr. Kadile”.

I struggled with infertility, uterine fibroids, and I have severe PMS, severe menstrual cramps, irregular heavy menstrual flow. I get migraines and all these are so bad I can’t function, I have to stay in bed. Noise bothers me, light drives me crazy. All these are now history, and all you did, Dr. Kadile, is a simple saliva test. I needed, thyroid and progesterone and some vitamins. I used to take lots of anti-depressants, assortments of pain-killers and beta blockers.

I am 29 years old, happily married and the mother of two wonderful kids. Three weeks out of every month, I hate being a woman. My boobs hurt, swollen, when I try to feel them, it’s like a bag of marbles. Even wearing a bra is torture, when walking or especially going down the steps carrying a load of wash is too stressful and painful. I cannot sleep on my belly which is my best sleeping position because it feels like I’m sleeping on top of a bag of marbles. All these are but a faded memory.

THE MYTH OF "NORMAL" HORMONE LEVELS IN PREMENOPAUSAL WOMEN:

CAUTION:

When you are a premenopausal woman, your hormones become like the weather in Wisconsin. They fluctuate so much on any given day, especially in the years before menopause.
You could measure your hormones three times in one day and get drastically different readings each time. You could measure them three times in a week and get the same widely varying results.

These high and low tide hormone fluctuations of the premenopausal cycle of a woman is a normal event of the right of passage into the second spring of a women’s life cycle.

MENOPAUSE "THE CHANGE"

This word, to a woman, refers to the “change of life” that occurs with menopause.

The usual early warning signs are hot flashes and night sweats. These can vary from simple to severe, from short term to long tortureous terms.

Then there are the mood swings, the vaginal dryness and the sagging breasts and fatter hips. Often, I hear it in my clinic……”Ipray to God, I won’t allow that to happen to me, please”.

They fear the loss of sexual enjoyment. They dread looking at older women shrunken and bent with osteoporosis. They avoid visiting Grandma or older friends in a nursing home without some unwanted thoughts that this may be their destiny, too.

They fear what they learned from the internet, they now have a higher risk of dying from cancer, heart attack and stroke.

DON'T DESPAIR:

Science has now discovered how to age gracefully. At KadileAtric Power Principle®, it’s our passion to search the scientific world, for the natural “Elixir” to slow down that aging process, regain youth and vitality. Menopause, after all, is not a disease, but only a right to passage between one’s child bearing years and the large segment of life that follows when one no longer needs to be concerned with monthly menstrual bleeding and the possible responsibilities of pregnancy.

You know……it’s not a mistake of nature!

We promise you… “a longer healthier life is no longer just a dream”.

Four years ago, my husband and I were 58 and 56 years old, and had just sold our business, looking forward to changing direction in our lives. We had been runners for approximately 10 years, which I thoroughly enjoyed, and one goal was to run a marathon, just once in our lives.

In October, we ran that marathon. However, the stress of training and running the marathon injured my foot, and I had to temporarily stop running. Although I continued to exercise in different ways, I found myself getting more and more tired, with many additional aches and pains, even more than prior to the marathon. Also my foot injury just would not heal. I went to my family doctor and asked for a thyroid test, and the results showed normal. He also did a blood test for arthritis, and with that result, sent me to a rheumatologist. She did many tests, including the 18 tender-point location test for fibromyalgia, but she told me not to get too excited yet about that. Then she gave me a brochure to take home which said the cause of fibromyalgia is unknown, there is constant pain, and there is no cure, and no medication that will help. The
description of the symptoms listed fit me perfectly. She prescribed a steroid for my foot problems, and NSAIDS for the arthritis. I tried working with the prescriptions for approximately two months, but was not happy with this plan of action, and had side effects. I became very depressed that I would have to live with this constant pain for the rest of my life. By this time my fatigue was so great, I could hardly make it through the day, and I had to schedule my workload accordingly. I stopped inviting the grandchildren, because I was just too tired, and the pain was so constant.

After this time, I decided to try alternative medicine, and with referrals and slight previous contact, I decided on Dr. Kadile, even though it was a 2 ½ hour drive each way to his office. I was impressed with the length of time he gave me on our first visit (and subsequent visits also).

It has now been seven months, and I can honestly say that my overall health and well-being has improved 90%, and we are still working on the other 10%. My fibromyalgia pain is gone, and my arthritis is very much improved. My periods of depression now are very few. Other problems which I had are also gone, such as dermatitis on my face, cracked and breaking fingernails, and frequent blurred vision. Although I thought I was a healthy weight, my weight has dropped another 13 pounds, an additional bonus I wasn’t expecting.

Dr. Kadile helped me in several ways. His first change for me was to stop taking synthetic female hormones which I had been taking for eight years, and I switched to natural estrogen and progesterone. This immediately took away a large amount of the fibromyalgia pain. He determined that I did indeed have a low thyroid problem, and I now take armour thyroid, which has helped me tremendously with the fatigue and the cold intolerance which was common for me. I knew about chelation therapy and asked Dr. Kadile to put me on a regimen, which he did. He also prescribed many vitamins and supplements for me.

I have been plagued with allergies all my life, and Dr. Kadile and his staff showed me how to recognize many different symptoms, which I never attributed to the allergies. He also has given me a much more effective way to deal with them.

I am very, very thankful for Dr. Kadile and his comieous and helpful staff that have given my husband and me so much support. I shudder to think of my entire life in pain, extreme fatigue and depression. After 1 ½ years, I am running my usual regimen again. I look forward to each day, and am fully as active as I was 10-15 years ago.

In February, 1998, my father died of heart disease at the age of 86. In the months following, I read and reread the pamphlet that came with each Prempro refill I received from the pharmacy. The small print stated possible side effects and warnings which eventually led me to seek an alternative. I had been taking Prempro for five years.

My husband suggested I go to Dr. Kadile. With Dr. Kadile’s help, I discontinued taking Prempro. Instead, I started using a natural progesterone cream to get relief from some symptoms associated with menopause especially hot flashes and some sleeplessness. This has proved to be very helpful, and I feel much safer using these alternatives.

I am convinced I have made the correct decision for my well-being, and I encourage other women to educate themselves. I am very thankful to Dr. Kadile and his staff for their help and encouragement.
